      8. Art. 2. Online Sales – An online sales contract means a distance contract, i.e. a legal transaction concerning the sale of the “Products” concluded between Autoramaweb and the Customer within an organized distance-selling system operated by Autoramaweb, which uses the Internet and related technologies for such contracts. These contracts are therefore concluded directly through the Customer’s access to the website at www.autoramaweb.it, where, by following the indicated procedures, the Customer will conclude the contract for the purchase of the Product. For each product, a Technical Data Sheet is available on the Website containing its main characteristics and technical specifications, as described by the manufacturers and/or importers. Images and descriptions are taken from the catalogues of importers and manufacturers, who may make changes during production and communicate them through subsequent updates. Autoramaweb is not responsible in any way for these possible changes. It is understood that the image accompanying the Product’s Technical Data Sheet may not perfectly represent its characteristics and may differ in colour, dimensions, accessories shown in the image, and may be changed at any time without prior notice by Autoramaweb due to modifications made by manufacturers and/or importers.

The message will contain all data entered by the Customer, who undertakes to check its accuracy and promptly communicate any corrections. Before sending the order confirmation, the Company may request additional information from the Customer by email regarding the purchase order placed on the Website. VAT-inclusive list prices are subject to changes according to decisions made by manufacturers and/or importers. Autoramaweb will indicate new prices through online updates without prior notice. Any errors in the publication of prices do not imply automatic acceptance of the order or shipment of the goods by Autoramaweb. In such cases, the Customer will be contacted for acceptance of the amount to be paid. At the Customer’s explicit request, Autoramaweb may issue an invoice for the shipped goods and send it to the Customer. The information provided by the Customer at the time of ordering will be used for issuing the invoice. After the invoice has been issued, no changes may be made to the data shown on it.

      13. Art. 7. Shipping – The purchased products will be shipped by Autoramaweb to the address indicated by the Customer. Each shipment is made using selected express couriers. Indicatively, without this constituting any obligation for Autoramaweb and subject to product availability and any cases of force majeure, delivery will take place within seven working days. Upon receipt of the goods at their delivery address, the Customer must check the integrity of the packages and ensure that any damage is accurately recorded by the courier, otherwise related claims may be forfeited. In any event, receipt of the product(s) by the Customer constitutes delivery of the goods, which from that moment are no longer under the availability and responsibility of the seller.
      14. Art. 8. Product Warranty – Products purchased on www.autoramaweb.it are subject, where applicable, to the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 24 of 2 February 2002 (Official Gazette No. 57 of 8 March 2002) concerning sales contracts and guarantees relating to consumer goods and, for matters not covered therein, to the specific provisions of the Italian Civil Code. This warranty applies to products presenting conformity defects and/or malfunctions not detectable at the time of purchase, provided that the product is used correctly and with due care, in accordance with its intended use and any applicable technical documentation, and in compliance with the operating rules indicated therein. The warranty does not apply in cases of negligence or careless use and maintenance of the product. Any lack of conformity must be reported within the time limits established by law and communicated by email, fax or registered letter. When returned to Autoramaweb for repair or replacement, the product must be complete with its packaging and all accessories and documentation received by the Customer at the time of purchase. Returning the product without the original packaging, accessories and documentation mentioned above prevents Autoramaweb from replacing the product through the manufacturer and makes replacement impossible. In all cases, the return must be communicated to and agreed with Autoramaweb, which must be informed of the return arrangements, the courier used and any tracking number. Goods being returned travel at the Customer’s risk until delivery to Autoramaweb. Autoramaweb reserves the right to verify the actual defect claimed by the Customer and to carry out repair or replacement only after such verification. If, following verification by the manufacturer, the defect is not found to constitute a conformity defect, the Company reserves the right to charge the Customer the costs of verification and restoration, as well as the related transport costs.
      15. Art. 9. Right of Withdrawal – Purchases made on www.autoramaweb.it are governed by Italian law concerning mail-order sales. If the Customer made an incorrect order and received an item they did not want, they have 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date to exercise the right of withdrawal, i.e. the possibility of returning the product. Pursuant to Articles 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the consumer Customer, meaning a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity they may carry out, has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason and consequently has the right to return the purchased goods and obtain reimbursement of the amount paid, in accordance with the procedures indicated below. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions: a) the right applies to the product as a whole and not to parts or components thereof; b) in the case of promotional operations or combined promotional sales, where the purchase of one item is associated with another item sold at a negligible price (or given free of charge), the right of withdrawal may only be validly exercised by returning both goods included in the purchase. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer, without having to provide any explanation and without penalty, must send within 14 (fourteen) working days from the day of receipt of the goods a communication stating their intention to withdraw from the contract. This communication must be sent for the attention of Autoramaweb by registered letter with return receipt, addressed to Autoramaweb di Martino Guagneli di G. Graziano e Gualtiero & C. S.n.c., Via Roma 2, 47833 Morciano di Romagna. At the same time as sending the withdrawal notice, the Customer must arrange for the return of the goods to Autoramaweb using a courier of their choice, attaching a copy of the above-mentioned registered letter. The goods must be returned intact and carefully packaged in the original packaging, complete with all accessories. In accordance with the law, return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. Where several goods from the same order are subject to the right of withdrawal, they must be returned to Autoramaweb in a single shipment. Autoramaweb accepts no responsibility for damage, theft or loss of goods shipped or returned using uninsured shipments. Autoramaweb will either provide a credit in the form of goods of equal value or credit the amount paid, less the shipping costs incurred by us, for the price of the goods for which the Customer exercised the right of withdrawal, provided that the goods are intact and unused; for all products with free shipping, Autoramaweb will credit the amount paid less the shipping costs incurred by us – Autoramaweb will credit the amount paid by the Customer, less the shipping costs incurred by us at the time of purchase of the goods, within 30 days from the date on which Autoramaweb became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, provided that the goods have meanwhile been shipped according to the procedures indicated above. The right of withdrawal automatically lapses where it is established that: a) the original packaging and/or wrapping is missing; b) any of the elements comprising the goods is missing (accessories, tags, labels, information notes, etc.); c) the product has been damaged for reasons other than transport; d) the product has been used. In the event that the right of withdrawal lapses, Autoramaweb will return the purchased goods already in its possession to the sender and charge the sender the shipping costs. Autoramaweb informs that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods expressly modified at the Customer’s request or products made to order that are not normally kept in stock by Autoramaweb. Such goods ARE NOT SUBJECT TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, as they are produced according to the Customer’s specific personal requirements.
      16. Art. 10. Information and Complaints – Any request for clarification, information about assistance services or complaint may be submitted to Autoramaweb at its registered office indicated above or by email to the following address: info@autoramaweb.it. The information contained in the G.T.C. and on the website for individual products is fully communicated through these conditions and through the relevant product sheets pursuant to and for the purposes of Articles 52 and 53 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
